Chakra Class

Through understanding each chakra's essence and learning practical balancing techniques involving specific crystals and essential oils, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and tools to enhance their spiritual pathway and overall well-being.

This streamlined class aims to introduce participants to the comprehensive 12-chakra system, emphasizing the well-known seven chakras within the physical body, and expanding awareness to include five additional chakras that connect us more deeply to the earth and the cosmos.

Authentic Egyptian Healing Rods will also be available during the class, for those that want the experience of holding them in their hands. Egyptian Healing Rod types vary from physical body support up to supporting the 12 chakra system.

Class Outline on the 12 Chakra:

  • The Seven Traditional Chakras (45 min), overview of each chakra, focusing on location, significance, and balancing techniques.

  • Root to crown chakras: Grounding, creativity, power, love, communication, intuition, and spiritual connection.

  • Discuss Crystals and Essential Oils that can be utilized for each chakra.

  • The Five Additional Chakras (15 min), exploring their roles in higher consciousness and spiritual connectivity.

  • Discuss Energetic Exercises and how Egyptian Healing Rods can support.

Prerequisite:
None - Everyone can learn the chakra basics to support their physical and energetic well-being.
