Reiki Level 1

By the end of Reiki Level 1 class, students will gain the confidence to practice Reiki for self-care and assist in the well-being of others. This experience is an empowering step toward personal growth and connecting with one’s own innate healing potential.

In the Reiki Level 1 class, students will embark on an introductory journey into the world of energy healing. This foundational course focuses on self-healing and healing with close family and friends. Participants will learn about the history and principles of Reiki, the fundamentals of energy flow, and how to connect with universal life force energy to promote balance and wellness.

Key components of this class include:

  • Understanding Reiki: A deep dive into the origins and philosophy of Reiki.

  • The Reiki Principles: Learning and integrating these guiding wisdom principles into daily life.

  • Chakra Basics & Energy Awareness: Techniques to sense and understand the flow of energy in and around the body.

  • Hand Positions: Practical instruction on hand placements for self-healing and healing others.

  • Attunement Ceremony: A sacred initiation process performed by the Reiki Master to open the student’s energy channels and enable them to access Reiki energy.

You Will Receive:

  • Digital class manual and handout.

  • Level 1 attunement for your energy system which allows you to channel Reiki energy for yourself and others.

  • A certificate of completion for training in Usui Reiki Ryoho Level 1.

  • Jennifer remains available to answer your questions after class. If you wish to continue learning, practicing, and building upon all you learn in class, join the Monthly Meetup: Reiki Q&A the first Thursday of each month via zoom.

Prerequisite:
None - Anyone can learn Reiki!

Current Tuition: $197
Each registration includes a $50 non-refundable deposit. The remaining portion is refundable only if notice of cancellation is received via email to jennifersmith@naturalenergyhealing.life at least 14 days before the scheduled class date.

Special Notes:

  • You can learn Reiki Level 1 via the on-line course (at-home study) or attend a live class either via zoom or at the Smithton location, located within Kunevich Chiropractic & Acupuncture in Smithton, IL.

  • For live classes, registration is required and space is limited to 10. Please register early to reserve your seat!
